Primal Precision is coming SOON!
This customized program will run four times per year, starting in Spring 2016.
What you eat matters just as much (if not more) than what you do in the gym.
One of the best ways to change your body so you can look, feel and perform your best is by personalizing a nutrition plan to meet your unique goals with support along the way. Primal Precision is our plan for building a more powerful and healthy you. With Primal Precision, you’ll be able to get strong and lose fat the right way – for life. No crash diets. No juices or crazy cleanses. Eating the right foods, for your individual needs based on your own goals and training. Why some people can eat junk food but never gain weight?
Why even though you are doing ‘everything right’ are you unable to drop those last few inches?
Why is starting new, healthy habits are hard for you to stick to?
Getting fit, feeling confident isn’t impossible, but it isn’t easy. The key is setting a course, a plan of action, and sticking to it. Being consistent. That’s the big secret. Most of us have jobs, a family, limited time and unlimited excuses. Getting healthy and eating right isn’t complicated, but there’s so much information out there that it’s hard to sift through the mess and figure out what’s best for you.
That’s why coaches exist. That’s why nutrition programs and plans help people change their lives and finally reach their goals.
What does almost everyone who has found success, have in common?
Someone to guide them, teach them to be accountable to.
This is why I created Primal Precision in conjunction with Long Branch CrossFit.
Primal Precision is a six week program, with 20 spots open per round that runs about every 10 weeks.
This works best for those who do not have significant health issues, such as thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, more than 20+ pounds to lose, or other chronic health issues. Please see my one-on-one Nutrition Consultations for more information. This program is for folks who are relatively healthy, already eat a real-food-based diet, and are struggling to reach specific performance or body composition goals.
